1)Keep the surfaces of battery clean, scrub the external battery with wet cloth , clear away the dirt on the panel, stigma (that is, plus or minus two pole head), such as dust, oil, white powder and such kind which easily cause leakage. Scrub the stigma of battery regularly , not only the white powder is not etched in the above plot, but also help prolong the battery's life.

2)Whether the hole on the battery cover is smooth or not should always be checked when riding the vehicle during daily life. If the hole on the battery cover was blocked, the produced hydrogen and oxygen could not be sent out, when the electrolyte expanding, the battery case would burst, and also when the internal pressure is too high, the battery case would burst too, which would affect the battery's life.

3)Check the connection of the battery cable regularly, and examine whether the cable is loose or not,cable connection terminals should be tight and reliable. Avoid virtual connection which will cause sparks, and damage the pole (when the power locks are opened not connect or disconnect the battery).

4) Check the height of the electrolyte in the inter of the battery, the electrode surface of the electrolyte should be 10 ~ 15mm higher than the plate. If the electrode surface is found too low,distilled water or special lead-acid batteries refill should be added. Avoid using purified drinking water as replacement.

5)Do not let other impurities falling into the battery when plusing liquid , if impurities fall into it, do not use metallic materials to salvage them,instead,the impurities should be salvaged by dry stick,if using iron wire or copper wire to hook the impurities, metal elements will enter into the battery under the corrosion of sulfuric acid, which will lead to self-discharge and damage the batteries.

6)If the batteries are not used for a long time,they will self-discharge slowly and eventualy be scrapped. Therefore,when the sightseeing vehicle won't be used for a long period time, the battery will be charged once every teo months for maintenance.

7)When charging the battery , the sightseeing vehicle should be better placed in the ventilation position, open the battery cover, so that the produced gas could spill out from the battery cover, avoiding gas concentrates in the inter of the battery, causing explosion phenomena (be sure to turn-off the sightseeing vehicle's power when charging).

8)When charging, a hand with fire can not approch the battery port, because when the battery is being charged the generated hydrogen is very vulnerable to burn, which will lead to explosion.

9)When the electric vehicles are being used, the accelerator pedal should be light-stepped ,avoiding fierce tread or frequent start, otherwise the instantaneous high-current discharge may damage the battery, reducing the batteries' lives.

10)The battery power can be reflected on the dashboard. When the power reflected on the instrument panel down to the red warning line, prompt charge shall be conducted, avoiding excessive battery discharge which will affect the battery's life.

11)When removing the battery from the sightseeing vehicle, they would first split the negative anode and then split the positive anode, when fitted to the contrary.

12)Courses of voltage, electrolyte imbalances in the density and capacity will appear when battery packs are being used, adopting a balanced charge can not only prevent this phenomenon, but also prevent the generation of outdated battery so that all batteries in use will achieve a balanced good condition, a balanced charge is recommended once a month.

13)During the process of usage,causes should be promptly identified if outdated battery (performance dropped significantly)occurs,and the outdated battery should be charged separately.

14)The battery used by the vehicle must be charged by the charger fitted in this vehicle.
